Levels of Care
The Villas at Green Valley Assisted Living and Memory Care Neighborhood provides our residents with the exceptional care that they need in a loving, home environment. Our caregivers are certified at all three levels of care: supervisory, personal, and directed care, allowing our residents to age gracefully in place.
They feel safe and secure knowing that they will receive personal and specialized care regardless of level they currently require or may need in the future. Most importantly, our residents feel like they are home.
What Sets Us Apart
Our neighborhood and homes are secure and residents have room to wander without getting lost. Our staff receives additional memory care training through the Alzheimer’s Association. Our home setting makes it easier for residents with memory care issues to become familiar with their surroundings. Residents with varying degrees of memory issues can receive exceptional care in any one of our homes. Depending on your loved one’s memory care issues, they may also feel more comfortable in one of our specialized memory care homes, where we have additional, specific activities and programs designed for memory care residents.
We coordinate and assist residents who require transfer from another facility.
Level 1 Care - Supervisory
Our certified caregivers provide help with routine daily activities, meal preparation, medication management, and household chores
Level 2 Care - Personal
Our certified caregivers provide a moderate level of care, with additional support for basic hygiene and grooming, dressing, continence management, medication management, and help with mobility and transferring. Low level of memory care included if required.
Level 3 Care - Directed
Our certified caregivers provide specialized, high level of care for residents sometimes bed-bound or suffering from cognitive impairments such as Alzheimer’s, disease, or stroke, with a focus on memory care.
